1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of SeedToPro (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service.

2. Our Company

The Service is operated by SeedToPro. For support, contact support@seedance2pro.pro.

3. Functionality of the Service

SeedToPro provides a user-friendly interface built on top of third-party AI models and workflows.

SeedToPro is an independent product and is not affiliated with ByteDance or other AI model providers.

4. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to use this Service.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

5. Plans, Pricing, and Taxes

Pricing tiers and credit limits are shown on the pricing page and are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

5.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Creem. We do not store full card numbers.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

If you still have unused credits within 3 days after your initial payment, you may cancel your subscription and request a prorated refund by emailing support@seedance2pro.pro. After 3 days, no refunds will be provided. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period. In cases of chargeback abuse, fraud, or material breach, we may deny or revoke refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original software, branding, and features are owned by SeedToPro or its licensors and protected by law.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Prohibited Content and Red Lines

You agree not to upload, request, or share content that:

  • Contains NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content, including explicit nudity or sexual acts
  • Sexualizes minors or contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities
  • Violates laws or regulations
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or harassing
  • Promotes violence or incitement
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Creates deceptive impersonation or harmful deepfakes
  • Attempts to bypass, probe, jailbreak, or evade safety and moderation controls

The Service enforces mandatory content safety filtering and moderation controls, including third-party safety systems where applicable. Requests that violate these rules will be blocked. When necessary, they will be submitted for manual review. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in severe or repeated violations, without refund.

9. Disclaimer for Generated Content

AI outputs may contain errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues. You are responsible for reviewing suitability before public or commercial use.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party services such as hosting, analytics, and payment providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeedToPro, its operators, and personnel from claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeedToPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you within the 12 months before the claim event.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

14. Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

15. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be announced on-site or by email.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on our operating jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
